Live Outside St. Louis?
Even if you live outside of the St. Louis area, we can still work together. I sometimes travel to work with clients—in the past, I’ve traveled to Hawaii, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Iowa to help clients with hands-on organizing.
When I travel, I charge a day rate, rather than hourly rate, and the length of the day is up to you, up to ten hours. If you hire me to travel to work with you, you’re responsible for all my travel expenses, including hotel, as well as my expenses while I’m in your locale. The travel time is included in my day rate of $800.
If you’re dealing with a clutter crisis and need a specialist in chronic disorganization to lead a team of organizers (but don’t have any CD specialists in your area), I may be able to assemble and lead a team of local organizers to help you. (If a team is used, additional charges will apply, of course.) As an active member of both the Institute for Challenging Disorganization and the National Association of Professional Organizers, I have the resources to locate local organizers to help on a team. As an experienced leader of organizing teams I have the ability to lead a team to help you through achieve your goals quickly.
If asking me to come to you isn’t feasible, there are other options. We can work together on the phone with phone coaching or use technology to allow us to do virtual organizing over the internet. (Give me a call or drop me an email and we can talk about that.)
You an also enroll in Declutter Happy Hour, a 28-day e-course that I created with life coach Shannon Wilkinson. This four-week course to help free you of both physical and emotional clutter. It’s a helpful, fun and relatively painless way to declutter, little by little.
If budget allows, however, the motivation and focus of having me come to your location for a whirlwind few days (with or without a team) is the fastest way to achieve your organizing goals. Our focused time together allows for some real progress.
