Meet the Team
Peace of Mind Organizing was founded in a spirit of compassion and empathy for our clients. All of our employees embrace a caring, non-judgmental philosophy while bringing their considerable organizing skills to every session. We typically work in organizing teams of two or three (sometimes larger), though we do offer one-on-one organizing as well. Every project starts with an initial consult and then you’ll work with my team members to get your space organized. We have three employees and when we need some extra hands, we hire contract organizers who have their own businesses. But the employees are the backbone of all our sessions.
“We are thrilled with the results and so appreciated Beth and Lydia. They are life (and relationship) savers! Thank you!”

Beth Hunyar, CPO®, Lead Organizer
Beth Hunyar joined Peace of Mind Organizing in 2019. She is a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO) through the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers (BCPO) and holds her Foundation Certificate in Chronic Disorganization through the Institute for Challenging Disorganization. She enjoys continuing her education through classes offered by both organizations. She serves on the NAPO-St. Louis board of directors as Director at Large and is a member of the BCPO program committee.
She is married to her high school sweetheart and they celebrated 20 years of marriage in 2025. They have three kids ranging from 4th grade to a freshman in college. When she’s not working, Beth enjoys tap dancing, pickleball, reading, traveling, and game night. But even on her days off, she’s probably organizing something!
Beth has a bachelors degree in Social Work from St. Louis University and has found a lot of the tools and theories she learned there to be very helpful while working with clients. She has also worked as a social worker in a nursing home and with developmentally disabled adults. Both of those positions have given her unique experiences that she brings to the clients she helps get organized.
Beth says, “I have always been a tidy person and feel the most calm and least anxious when the items around me have a home. I believe that physical clutter creates mental clutter and that organizing is a skill we can develop. I approach every organizing client with an open mind and deep well of empathy. I enjoy working with individuals and families to identify their struggles, find their preferred organizing style, and help them achieve their goals. I love working alongside clients to help them achieve peace of mind.”
“Beth and Lydia are full of suggestions and tips to help me make decisions. They have both been an absolute joy to work with. They have gone above and beyond to help with other small tasks that are difficult for me, like carrying my laundry upstairs or changing some pillow cases. They are both kind, fun, and it’s just been a really good fit.”

Lydia Boda, Organizer
Lydia Boda has been working for Peace of Mind Organizing since 2022 and is currently a Technology Volunteer for NAPO-St. Louis. She is most drawn to working with clients who are neurodivergent thinkers like herself.
To help her clients, Lydia relies on her wealth of knowledge of lived experience as well as the classes she has taken from from both the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization, from which she earned the Foundation Certificate in Chronic Disorganization. She also expands her knowledge working alongside the POMO team.
Lydia has her degree in Sculpture and Functional Art and was always fascinated by the duality of art and function. While working as the ceramics studio technician for her alma mater after graduation, she found she needed to find systems to help her organize the studio and its large glaze library. At this point Lydia was all in on finding systems that worked both in her professional organization and her home. Many years later she would reach out to Janine for information on how to become a professional organizer.
Outside of her professional life, Lydia shares her home with her partner Ryan, their one-year-old baby, Juniper, and fur baby, Nana. She is enjoying puzzling together her own organization with the new baby and all that comes with this life change. She is learning to accept that life gets messy when it’s fun!
Lydia says, “As someone with ADHD, I strongly believe that organizing systems should be personalized, not a cookie cutter approach. As an artist, I have an eye for organizing things visually. I enjoy the process of figuring out what might fit where so that a client can find what they need when they need it. I find my superpower lies in spacial awareness. I’m able to find visual patterns and know exactly what is going to fit into what.”
“Beth and Lydia exceeded my expectations!! It was a great experience and I am so happy about what was accomplished. I’m looking forward to my next session.”

Jen Schroer, Assistant Organizer
Jen Schroer joined Peace of Mind Organizing in 2026 as an Assistant Organizer. She’s drawn to organizing because she’s a big believer in “outer order, inner calm” — and she loves helping people feel less overwhelmed in their own homes.
With a background as a nurse and a wellness coach, Jen brings a calm, compassionate presence to every session. She knows how to listen, meet people where they are, and break big, stressful projects into manageable steps. She especially enjoys organizing the spaces where daily routines happen — like kitchens and bathrooms — because small changes in these areas can make a surprisingly big difference.
Jen moved to St. Louis from Overland Park, Kansas when she was just six months old. Outside of work, she’s a world traveler and a homebody wrapped into one package. She shares her life with her husband and her beloved dog, Emmy (a husky/pitbull mix). When she’s off the clock, her favorite way to recharge is sleeping in. But she’s often organizing something at home—her pantry, closet, calendar, travel gear or, really, any space.
Jen says, “I meet people where they are — no judgment, no pressure. Life gets busy and seasons change. My goal is simply to help things feel easier and more peaceful. I love helping clients see possibility where they used to feel stress and make big tasks feel less intimidating.”
“Yesterday was amazing. The room is absolutely transformed. The organizers were incredible! That room was inexpressibly daunting to me and I’m extremely pleased with how the process went.”
