Make space. Find peace. Feel joy.

Join the Team

Are you passionate about transforming lives through organization? Do you believe that an organized home leads to a peaceful life? If so, we’d love to consider you as a possible addition to our team of professional organizers serving the St. Louis area.

About Peace of Mind Organizing®

Since 2005, we’ve been helping clients create dramatic transformations in their homes and lives. We’re celebrating our 20th anniversary in 2025, a milestone that reflects our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. We work primarily in teams of two or three organizers to deliver swift, impactful results that our clients love. Our approach focuses on helping people let go of excess items that hinder their happiness while creating sustainable systems for peaceful living. Kindness and compassion are a hallmark of our process.

Please Note: This Is Part-Time Work

We’re seeking organizers for part-time, variable-hour positions. Work availability fluctuates based on client demand, with no guaranteed minimum hours. Some months are busy, others are not. You can take the (unpaid) time off you need with enough advance notice.

We’re Looking For Team Members Who:

  • Want to be employees, not competitors: we’re seeking people who want to grow within our established business, not start their own organizing companies.

  • A non-judgmental approach to working in all types of homes and situations

Ready to Join Our Team?

If you’re excited about meaningful part-time work helping St. Louis families create more peaceful, organized homes, want to learn from experienced professionals, are comfortable working in diverse environments, and are looking for employment opportunities (not entrepreneurial ventures), we’d love to hear from you. Please note that we do not currently have a position available. Feel free to submit your resume, though, so we can reach out if a position opens up.

To Apply: Send us your resume along with a brief note about why you’re passionate about professional organizing, how part-time, variable work fits your current situation, and why you’re interested in being a team member rather than starting your own business. Previous professional organizing experience is not required. You can send it via email to janine@peaceofmindorganizing.com.
