Peace of Mind Organizing

Make space. Find peace. Feel joy.

Meet the Team

At Peace of Mind Organizing, we typically work in organizing teams, though we do offer one-on-one organizing as well. After the initial consult, you work with my team members to get your space organized. My team members include two employees, along with some independent contractors as needed.

Beth Hunyar, CPO®, Lead Organizer

Beth Hunyar joined Peace of Mind Organizing in 2019. She is a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO) through the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers (BCPO) and holds her Foundation Certificate in Chronic Disorganization through the Institute for Challenging Disorganization. She enjoys continuing her education through classes offered by both organizations. She serves on the NAPO-St. Louis board of directors as Director at Large and is a member of the BCPO program committee.

She is married to her high school sweetheart and they are celebrating 20 years of marriage in 2025. They have three kids ranging from 4th grade to a freshman in college. When she’s not working, Beth enjoys tap dancing, pickleball, reading, traveling, and game night. But even on her days off, she’s probably organizing something!

Beth has a bachelors degree in Social Work from St. Louis University and has found a lot of the tools and theories she learned there to be very helpful while working with clients. She has also worked as a social worker in a nursing home and with developmentally disabled adults. Both of those positions have given her unique experiences that she brings to clients she helps get organized.

Beth says, “I have always been a tidy person and feel the most calm and least anxious when the items around me have a home. I believe that physical clutter creates mental clutter and that organizing is a skill we can develop. I approach every organizing client with an open mind and deep well of empathy. I enjoy working with individuals and families to identify their struggles, find their preferred organizing style, and help them achieve their goals. I love working alongside clients to help them achieve peace of mind.”

“Beth and Lydia are full of suggestions and tips to help me make decisions. They have both been an absolute joy to work with. They have gone above and beyond to help with other small tasks that are difficult for me, like carrying my laundry upstairs or changing some pillow cases. They are both kind, fun, and it’s just been a really good fit.”

Lydia Boda, Organizer

Lydia Boda has been working for Peace of Mind Organizing since 2022 and is currently a Technology Volunteer for NAPO-St. Louis. She is most drawn to working with clients who are neurodivergent thinkers like herself.

To help her clients, Lydia relies on her wealth of knowledge of lived experience as well as the classes she has taken from from both the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization, from which she earned the Foundation Certificate in Chronic Disorganization. She also expands her knowledge working alongside the POMO team.

Lydia has her degree in Sculpture and Functional Art and was always fascinated by the duality of art and function. While working as the ceramics studio technician for her alma mater after graduation, she found she needed to find systems to help her organize the studio and its large glaze library. At this point Lydia was all in on finding systems that worked both in her professional organization and her home. Many years later she would reach out to Janine for information on how to become a professional organizer.

Outside of her professional life, Lydia shares her home with her partner Ryan, their new baby, Juniper, and fur baby, Nana. She is enjoying puzzling together her own organization with the new baby and all that comes with this life change. She is learning to accept that life gets messy when it’s fun!

Lydia says, “As someone with ADHD, I strongly believe that organizing systems should be personalized, not a cookie cutter approach. As an artist, I have an eye for organizing things visually. I enjoy the process of figuring out what might fit where so that a client can find what they need when they need it. I find my superpower lies in spacial awareness. I’m able to find visual patterns and know exactly what is going to fit into what.”

“Beth and Lydia exceeded my expectations!! It was a great experience and I am so happy about what was accomplished. I’m looking forward to my next session.”
